1. What are the Free tier limits?

Free users can add up to 5 recipients and receive 10 AI gift recommendations per month. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited recipients and unlimited recommendations.

2. How does WishLoop memory work?

Every AI recommendation injects 5 context dimensions: the recipient's profile, every past gift and their real reaction, the upcoming occasion, your budget, and cultural context. Premium unlocks the full long-memory — the more history you build, the more accurate the suggestions.

3. How is my recipients' privacy protected?

Names, birthdays, and interests are stored locally on your device (SQLite cache). Cloud sync stores only obfuscated metadata (hashed identifiers, counts) — never raw personal data. Sign in with Apple. No tracking, no ads.

4. How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Can I request a refund?

iOS: file at reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open the order in Google Play. We honor Apple / Google's refund policies and do not double-charge.

6. How do I delete my account?

App → Profile → Account Settings → Delete account. This cascades and removes all recipients, occasions, and gift history within 5 seconds. This action is irreversible.
