Welcome to GiftSage. By using this app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
GiftSage is an AI-powered gift recommendation app that helps you maintain relationship profiles for family members, friends, and colleagues, and receive personalized gift suggestions via WishLoop AI.
2. User Account
This app uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you detect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
3. Recipient Data
The profiles you create for recipients (names, birthdays, interests, etc.) contain third-party personal information. By using this app, you agree to:
- Store and use others’ information in a reasonable and respectful manner
- Not repurpose recipient profile data beyond the intended use of this service
4. AI Recommendations
WishLoop AI gift suggestions are for reference only. All final purchase decisions are yours. We make no warranty as to the suitability, accuracy, or availability of any recommended item.
5. User Conduct
You may not:
- Use this app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or interfere with the normal operation of the app
- Impersonate others or create fraudulent accounts
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions auto-renew. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules. No charge is incurred if you cancel before the 7-day free trial ends.
7. Intellectual Property
The GiftSage app interface, brand assets, icons, and underlying technology belong to the GiftSage developer. Profile content you create within the app belongs to you.
8. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. We will notify users in advance of material changes. Account deletion is always available.
9. Disclaimer
GiftSage is provided “as is”. We make no warranty regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
